Do you have a storefront?
No. We are strictly an Internet type of Coin Store. We may start doing Great Lakes
area Coin shows in the spring if my health keeps improving as it has in the last
2 years. I'm a young 72 years old as of 2008. :-)

Do you give e-mail quotes on coins?
Yes and No. We try to give approximate prices we will pay you for your coins but
you must understand that coin grading, and descriptions, are very hard to price when
someone says: "What will you pay me for a 1921 silver dollar my grandmother gave me?"
Price ranges on a 1921 silver dollar can range, on 10/09/2008, from $10 (VG grade) to
$8,000 in MS67 grade - with prices all over the place in other mid-grades. So, we must
basically SEE the coin to know exactly what grade it is before we write a check. It's
obvious we won't pay $8,000 for a coin that really retails for $15-20 dollars. We always
pay fair for the individual coin grade involved.

What do you base your sell prices on?
Good question. We use an automated database and work on a small percentage
markup. We use many sources for our pricing and combine those figures for an average
sell price. We use actual negotiated sale prices from our own sales plus we use
Coin World, PCGS, NGC and the CDN (Greysheet) in calculating our selling prices.
I will say....it is a lot of hard tedious work keeping it current. But, we love it!!! :-))

Do you buy foreign coins?
Yes, although our main focus and market is in U. S. Coins along with some of our
Canadian neighbors coins.

Do you do trades?
Occasionally we do trade deals on numismatic items. Buy/sell deals are
very common in the Coin industry. Basically we buy your coins, if needed for
our inventory, and we sell our coins and either you or us pay the difference
to complete the deal.

What if I send you some coins and I don't accept your purchase offer?
Very simple. Include some money in your shipment for return and we will send the coins
back to you. Also important: If you decide to sell we will, upon request, refund 1/2 the amount
of return postage you included in your shipment.

Do you have references of people you have purchased from and paid on time?
Absolutely! We will furnish them on request.

Do you have a return policy?
Yes. We have a 10% restocking fee on all coins and sets plus the postage
and insurance we incur in sending the coins you ordered. We also charge
the 4% PayPal fee we incur in handling the transaction. It's only fair that
we do not have to absorb these costs. We want to be fair to you at all times
but also have to be realistic on our costs involved.

How do I know your funds and/or checks will be good and on time?
Very simple. We have references and pay fast with GOOD checks.
You will be happy with our service.
